SHIPPING
You pay no more than actual shipping costs, which will be calculated automatically by the USPS rate system before you pay for your purchase.
RETURNS
If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days of sale for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
CUSTOM ORDERS
After working with us to design your piece, we will ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order price. The second 50% will be due prior to shipment.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
Please inquire at Lisa@SunriseGlassArt.com . You may apply for wholesale status by sending us photocopies of three of the following items: a business card, a voided business check, a paid advertisement, a business utility bill, and/or a promotional brochure. In addition, please send a photocopy of your state resale license or local business license.
