How big are your pendants?
The sterling silver bail is 1/4 inch. You can use that as a reference or email me for precise dimensions on any particular pendant. (Lisa@SunriseGlassArt.com)

If I order multiple items, how much will the shipping cost?
You pay only actual USPS rates, which will be calculated before you complete your purchase, based upon combined item weight.

What is the "alternative payment" option?
If you live in Rochester, you may pay cash for your purchase. We will deliver orders of $50 or more, within the Rochester area, and you pay no shipping costs. To avoid shipping fees for smaller orders, you may pick up your glass art at the studio, in Irondequoit, near Sea Breeze.

Will I be able to return a purchase?
If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it within 5 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Do your glass coasters ever slide on the table or do glasses slide off the coasters?
No, all of our customers report that they love the coasters and that they work amazingly well. One customer loved her coasters so much that she ordered nearly 150 custom coasters for her wedding. She placed one at each at table setting and to sent one home with each guest as a wedding favor.

Will you gift-wrap or write personalized messages?
Yes, we can gift-wrap your item at no extra charge. Simply email us after placing your order. We also make cards decorated with fused glass. We will write your personal message to the gift-recipient at your request, for no additional charge. Please email us at: Lisa@SunriseGlassArt.com

What fusing schedule do you use for your dichroic pendants?
I use all COE 90 compatible glass and I use the following fusing schedule: Ramp the kiln at 300 degrees F per hour to 800 degrees. Hold for 5 minutes. Ramp at 900 degrees/hour to 1375 degrees (for a full fuse). Hold for 20 minutes. Ramp at full to 900 degrees. Hold for 30 minutes. Ramp at 200 degrees/hour to 400 degrees. Cool at natural rate to room temperature. This kiln cycle usually takes about 16 hours to complete and produces fully rounded and fused pendants.

How many small pendants can you produce a day, for a bulk order?
We can create about 20 pendants per day, depending on the exact pendant size. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery if you request glass colors that we do not have in stock.

How durable are your coasters?
The coasters and the pendants are all pretty sturdy. I've seen them dropped numerous times, and not one has cracked. Similarly, the pendants are extremely difficult to break.
